- Dancing Bear: Fred pretty much did everything (save the music composition and voices), from animation to music selection to voice directing. Granted, it looks like something from an animation school student, but the fact he did it all was what drew people to check it out.
- Growing the Beard: The animation quality significantly improved in part 2, and part 3 is the best looking of them all.
- Narm: The voice acting is a bit wooden in some areas, especially in the case of Mesha, who only really gets lively when things start hitting the fan.
- Special Effects Failure: As it was an early animation project of Fred's, some bits of the animation don't look integrated within the backgrounds.
