• Awesome Music: His theme songs are made to be as catchy and upbeat as possible, especially if you enjoy Europop/Eurodance. Among the most memorable, see Dragon Ball Z and Yu-Gi-Oh, or one of his best duets with Cristina D'Avena, Pokémon: Advanced Battle.
• Broken Base: Even more than Cristina D'Avena, since many of his theme songs are extremely popular but Giorgio Vanni's haters are usually very vocal. His songs are either amazingly epic or horrible, depending on who you ask. Older generations and/or anime purists (who only accept the original Japanese theme songs) tend to be the haters.
• Just Here for Godzilla: Dragon Ball GT was very much hated in Italy, especially since it followed the outrageously popular Dragon Ball Z. Many Italians watched it just to listen to Giorgio Vanni's theme song, which ironically, is considered one of his best works.
