• Crosses the Line Twice: The racist jokes in the movie are so offensive, but it wounds up to being hilarious.
• Moment of Awesome:
  • Darnell saving James from being killed by the Whites' Club with a flamethrower.
  • James using his prison techniques to beat the thugs in the yacht during the climax.
• Squick: The mouth in dick scene.
• What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?: Some parents took their children to see the film, resulting in some toddlers leaving the theater frightened. Just because it's a funny prison comedy with many comedians kids are familiar with doesn't mean it's family-friendly. It's rated R, and features some crude sexual humor and violence.
• The Woobie: James. He gets framed for a crime he didn't commit and generally has a difficult time standing up to others.
