• Periphery Demographic: In a 2022 interview, Noé stated that due to his reputation of making films with sex and drugs, a lot of his fans are between the ages of 18 and 25 and go to watch his movies in the hopes of getting "another Enter the Void"; as a result, he sometimes doesn't relate to them.
• Too Bleak, Stopped Caring: Noé's films most definitely suffer from this in the eyes of his detractors, what with their routine dark tones and intense subject matter.
