YMMV / GARO: Kami no Kiba ~Jinga~

• Captain Obvious Reveal: Jinga being behind everything wasn't exactly hard to see coming.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Everyone. The main characters are only tethered together by the most tenuous of connections and spend much of the show stumbling about despite the set-ups they're given. Side-characters that could make interesting additions to this ensemble meanwhile are killed off right after their introduction. By the end, few of them even remain.
• Too Bleak, Stopped Caring: The main conflict is supposed to be about Jinga's fall, but since he lacks any characteristics to make him likeable beyond his sad backstory and care for his brother, it's hard to care. With all of the Horrors being token "isn't this sad" stories with none of the hope Garo is known for, and the journey essentially being All for Nothing, caring becomes even harder.
