  • Awesome Music:
    • Trolling is a simple, yet catchy tune featuring some surprisingly nice harmony between Boyfriend and Trollface.
    • Mistaken has an aura of foreboding intensity all throughout it, culminating in Trollface's unholy screech to signal his transformation.
    • The Incident is rapid, unending madness put into song form that greatly summarizes Trollge's unbridled insanity. Just be ready for the ending, which features another wail even louder than in Mistaken.
    • Tomfoolery has the intimidation factor worthy of the Trollface's return for Week 2, sending a message of "He's back, and he's done with your shit."
    • The Trollge doubles up on the insanity of The Incident, featuring yet another mortifying voice for Trollge and an instrumental that refuses to let up for even a second.
    • Delerium has the climactic feeling befitting your final encounter with the monster that is Trollge and only continues to up the intensity of what precedes it.
  • Camera Screw: During both Mistaken and The Incident, the camera sways weirdly, getting more intense near the end of both songs.
  • Event-Obscuring Camera: In Absurde, the camera spins around so fast that it makes it almost impossible to even see the notes.
  • Fridge Brilliance: During Mistaken and The Incident, Boyfriend sounds a bit off-key. This could be because he's unnerved by Trollge's presence and can't sing properly.
    • In an earlier version of Mistaken, one of Trollge's patterns is holding down the left note while staircasing the others. "Odd pattern", you might say, but considering that Trollge's old Mistaken left (technically right, but since it's set to left, we can count it as left) pose is him with bulged out eyes and closed mouth, he might just be trying not to transform and blow his cover.
  • Fridge Horror: The background of The Incident features a calendar setting the date as December 10th, 2022. This implies that this song takes place during the Lone World Incident, a Trollge incident where all life on Earth disappears out of nowhere.
    • During Trolling and Mistaken, the calendar instead states that the year is 2021. This was confirmed by the creators to be a demonstration of time-traveling powers, with all of the horrifying implications that come from that.
  • Jerkass Woobie: Corruptus is, at his best, a rude prankster that literally defined the word Troll, and The Incident has him reveal himself as the Eldritch Abomination Trollge, with Word of God confirming him as a mass murderer. However, according to leaked lore on the mod's official Discord, he also suffers from severe PTSD and schizophrenia, which likely caused this behavior in the first place.
  • Narm: Despite the more serious lore given to the mod, these are still Trollfaces you're battling, and unlike fellow Trollge-based mod The Blueballs Incident, these Trollges remain true to the silliness inherent in their design.
  • Nightmare Fuel: The entirety of The Incident is riddled with this, from Trollge's Nightmare Face to his indescribable voice to the horrific ways he changes the environment.
  • Tear Jerker: "Alone Forever" is a slow, somber song that really puts into perspective the situation of the Lone World Trollge, trapped for all of time in a world where he is the only living being. His right pose even has him outright crying!
  • That One Level:
    • "The Incident" is insanely fast, just as spammy as it sounds, and features tons of Interface Screw courtesy of the screen's constant swaying, arrows facing the wrong directions, and Trollge's side disappearing entirely.
    • "Absurde" is this intentionally, being just as absurd as its name suggests to the level that it wasn't even meant to be beaten. From the incredible note spam, tremendous scroll speed, and 10-note layout to the One-Hit Kill axe notes, screen-obscuring oil notes, and constant screen swaying, don't get the idea that you'll be beating it anytime soon.
