• Funny Moments:
  • Barry the Chopper's attempt at stalking Riza. When the latter's dog detects his presence, he emerges from a dark alleyway, complete with Red Eyes, Take Warning and the ominous "Mortal Sin" music, and goes for the killing blow. Riza's reaction... is to fire a revolver at him—multiple times—bringing the ominous music to a sudden halt. Eventually, Barry falls in love with her.
    • Yes, Barry, announcing yourself as "A TERRIBLE SERIAL KILLER FEARED BY ALL" in front of your potential victim is a good idea.
  • Shortly after this, we cut to Ed and Al visiting Winry to have the former's automail repaired. When Winry sees his arm broken, the background goes dark and a volcanic eruption sound is heard, all while she still has a smiley expression on her face.
    Winry: Even Paninya's gotten an honest job now, and you two still can't stay out of trouble?
  • Ed's reaction to finding out that Al can perform alchemy without a transmutation circle, having recovered his memories of seeing Truth in the previous episode. He completely freaks out at losing an advantage over Al, who was already able to consistently beat him in fights.
  • Winry's reaction when she returns to Artelier Garfiel and finds out that Ed has managed to get his arm broken again during his fight against Lan Fan. The camera zooms in on where the arm fell off, cuts to Winry frozen in a cheerful expression, and then...
    Winry: WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR ARM?!? (A loud crash is heard, and Ed screaming)
