- Crack Pairing: Akira and Lavenza - while the two interacted in canon, Lavenza could only truly meet Akira for a little over a month in Royal, and roughly a day in the original Persona 5. Here, however, the two meet when Akira is 11, and have a long-established friendship (and Ship Tease) even before they start dating.
- Funny Moments: Akira tries to explain in a thinly-veiled message that there's an app on their phones that works like the TVs in Inaba. It takes a while for Yusuke to pick up on this, but when he does, he gives Akira an utterly baffled expression as he can't imagine fitting inside a phone.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: The whole concept of the Midnight Channel itself, that you watch it and it shows you your true love, takes on one when you get to Forearmed. Akira did find his true love thanks to the Midnight Channel... on his first try.
