YMMV / First Spaceship on Venus

• Anvilicious: The film's anti-war message is not particularly subtle, especially in the original German version.
• Goddamned Bats: The little mosquito-like things on Venus; subverted when they turn out to be data-storage devices.
• Macekre: The American version featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000 cuts more than ten minutes' worth of footage and supplies a subpar dub with wooden dialogue.
• Tear Jerker: The deaths of three of the characters are genuinely tragic.
