- Nightmare Fuel: Tonberry is an implacable mook of sorts, who takes his sweet time while reaching out for you. He'll just keep walking and walking, stalking you, because he knows everything you did since you started playing the game and is about to pay you back for all the monsters you killed. When he gets to you, he unsheathes his knife and stabs the hell out of your guts.
- That One Attack:
- Death Machine's Nuclear attack hits your entire party for obscene magical damage.
- Malboro's bad breath attack inflicts a wide variety of crippling status effects.
