In a later episode, Brian replaces Peter's "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!" with real butter, causing him to Go Mad from the Revelation, murder three children (who may have been his own), and end up institutionalized.

• Nausea Fuel: Probably best not to be eating anything when watching the ipecac scene.
• Signature Scene: It was the ipecac scene that probably piqued people's interest in Family Guy after it was uncancelled. It was even used during a Hulu ad featuring MacFarlane.
