  • Demonic Spiders: The overweight mooks armed with Grenade Launchers. They have almost perfect accuracy, take multiple shots to kill, can One-Hit Kill you if you happen to be in their line of sight and the game likes spawning them in tight corners, or right behind a door where they can perfectly ambush you the moment you stepped through. Their introduction in the third stage marks a major difficulty spike in the entire gameplay.
  • Narm: The introduction video cutscene either portray the Apache pilot as too dumb to hit the leader or that the Big Bad is Immune to Bullets.
