• Badass Decay: Got hit by this after his Face–Heel Turn and affiliation with Bullet Club. Once considered an at least decent worker, his match quality worsened significantly after throwing his lot in with BC, he is a lot slower and more plodding in the ring, and while before he could win matches decisively on his own, now he needs a plethora of interference to secure wins over opponents he could previously handle one on one during his time with Los Ingobernables de Japon.
• X-Pac Heat: EVIL quickly gained this status along with Dick Togo through their relentless and frequent cheating, especially against opponents that Evil had no trouble beating when he was a member of LIJ. It got worse after they formed House of Torture with SHO and Yujiro Takahashi. Many fans feel that their time as NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team Champions undid everything Hirooki Goto, Yoshi-Hashi & Tomohiro Ishii did for the title during their reign as champions and with Takahashi and SHO adopting EVIL's slow, plodding and heavy reliance on Dick Togo's interference method into their matches, they are considered the worst part of NJPW. Not just the worst part of Bullet Club, but the worst part of New Japan Pro Wrestling period.
