For those who dislike Kevin will enjoy seeing him being relentlessly tormented and pranked by Ed and Eddy as payback for "Your Ed Here", especially since they theorize that his actions in said episode is probably the reason why he's grounded in the first place.
Ed and Eddy getting beaten up by a freed Kevin is also satisfying to watch as others see it as deserving comeuppance towards the two for not only for tricking their friend Edd into thinking he is dying in this episode, but also for how they cruelly treated him in "My Fair Ed".
Fridge Logic: Given the confirmed symptoms of Lack-a-Daisy-Cathro disease, it's entirely possible that Edd does actually have it, except it's not a fatal illness.
Speaking of those symptoms, Lack-a-Daisy-Cathro disease seems awfully similar to Asperger's Syndrome, which Edd might also actually have, given his character.
All the pranks Ed and Eddy subjected Kevin to throughout the episode, especially the last one, in which they build a brick wall around his house, trapping him in complete darkness. The title for second funniest prank is split between Eddy mooning Kevin and Ed's foot puppet show.

The Woobie: Edd didn't deserve to be pranked by Eddy and Ed into thinking he is dying which makes his payback against Eddy and Ed more cathartic.
