• Awesome Music:
  • Celestia's and the Remedy themes stand out, "Intersect Thunderbolt" and "The Fate of..." for Celestia and "Providence" for Remedy, bonus points for Remedy's theme being a remix of Exceed 2nd''s Shock!!
  • The soundtrack for Vampire REX was done by Shibayan Records, while the soundtrack for Jade Penetrate was done by Saitama Saisyu Heiki, which accounts for the drastic differences in the styles between the two soundtracks. Both of them are still awesome in their own ways.
  • Modulator, the track for Seele Clan in the first game is pretty cool one, especially after the minute of techno beats.
• Funny Moments: In Miyabi’s route for Gun Bullet Children, the selected heroine lampshades over why they can not just fight together. Sowel explains it is for avoid friendly fire and colliding with each other like Chinatsu. The overly serious Chinatsu then say she does not mind as she likes throwing as many bullets in the same direction as she can.
• Spiritual Successor: eXceed 2nd may as well be Ikaruga 2.
• Surprisingly Improved Sequel: Generally, people didn't think much of Gun Bullet Children when it was released but Vampire and Jade Penetrate were much better received.
• Tear Jerker: Brunhilde’s sudden death and Siegrune’s final confrontation after absorbing her in the second game. Even their final boss theme, CONQUEST, has a very solemn vibe to it as they have now descended to total madness.
