  • Awesome Art: The game's large, detailed, and fluidly animated sprites are very impressive.
  • Scrappy Mechanic: Hamir's passive ability has been criticized by many, to the point of being the basis for negative Steam reviews. Hamir needs high Stamina to fully benefit from his passive, which gives him a Stamina die equal to half his Stamina value, and recharges his Stamina whenever he blocks an attack, but he also loses Stamina whenever he lands an attack, and cannot spend Stamina normally. This means that he needs to waste lots of time defending and not attacking, but that's not all. Even if he has enough defense to block an attack, the enemy might just decide to use a buff instead, so some trickery is needed to get enemies to attack you. At launch, Hamir needed to buff up not just his Defence, but also his Accuracy (to unlock Roll, his Defend Command), and Speed (so he gains the Def buff before the enemy attacks). Thankfully, this was patched the next day so Hamir has a base Accuracy of 2 (so he can always Roll, unless he's been hit by a debuff), and enemies are easier to bait into attacking.
