YMMV / DuckTales (2017) S2 E2 "The Depths of Cousin Fethry!"

• Ensemble Dark Horse: Fethry, who was already a fan favorite in the comics, has become quite popular among the series's fanbase thanks to this episode. It helps that he's a hilarious and lovable Cloudcuckoolander, and voiced by Tom Kenny to boot.
• Fanfic Fuel: Once again, Launchpad's offscreen adventures (this time with a mermaid named Oceanika) provide plenty of ideas for fanfic writers.
• Squick: Huey calms down a giant worm by kissing it, which grosses him out.
• Visual Effects of Awesome: The underwater setting really lets the animators go nuts, with the hydrothermal vents being especially impressive.
• The Woobie: Fethry Duck is a good-natured mellow guy who is an even bigger loser than Donald but has none of the latter's bad temper and self-pity, and yet he's dismissed by his relatives, except for Huey and Dewey who come to see him for the good sort he is.
