• Genius Bonus: That's a real Darkwing Duck episode Beakley spells out, and one of the most popular too, titled "The Haunting of Mr. Banana Brain". It doesn't EXACTLY copy the episode, though.
• Les Yay: A lot between Lena and Webby, but special mention goes to Lena furiously telling Violet that Webby is "hers".
• Viewer Species Confusion: Since hummingbirds are rarely seen in cartoons, some viewers mistook Violet for a crow, magpie or blackbird probably due to the fact that these three birds are usually associated with magic and the supernatural.
