• Cliché Storm: Hoo boy. This film pretty much parodies (and simultaneously plays straight) every trope that exists in the Slasher genre.
• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • In an early scene, Mackenzie openly expresses her disdain for a couple of stereotypically "preppy" classmates who have crashed her punk rock-themed house party. Guess which show Leighton Meester would star in just a few months later?
  • A horror work where the main villain is a demonic mascot whose original form is a happy, devil-based character. Sound familiar?
• Narm Charm: You just can't hate this film because of how goofily fun it is.
• Nightmare Retardant: The majority of the gory deaths, mostly due to Special Effects Failure.
