- Nightmare Fuel:
- The rotoscoping in "Mark" looks very eerie, especially near the end. Even the logo looks distorted.
- "Eyes" consists entirely of a dead woman staring the audience in the face.
- Retroactive Recognition: "Eyes" stars Denise Van Outen as the victim, long before she became a TV presenter.
- Squick: In "One More, Dave", Dave struggles to eat liquified Christmas dinner, which is smeared on his face, and some of it falls out of his mouth. It's a bit of an appetite-killer.
- Tearjerker: "Kathy Can't Sleep" due to Kathy being ostracized as a result of her father killing a boy while drunk driving. The tears she sheds at the end don't help.
- The Woobie:
- Kathy. The poor girl had been suffering nightmares/insomnianote for an undisclosed amount of time, and has to live with the fact that her father killed a little boy while he was driving drunk.
- Matthew's best friend in "Children's Story", who lost his best friend to a drunk driver.
