• Nausea Fuel: Blondie's spilled guts, and the fact that he survives with them lying on the floor like that for about a half-hour.
• Special Effects Failure: Officer Fat getting shot in the head is done with CGI, and there are some very obvious models used for city shots.
• Squick: Along with Blondie's disembowelment, a number of other deaths are quite grotesque.
• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: Sheung had a bit of a rough life, sure, but she also lets her father die for insurance money and to ease her financial burden, and murders about a dozen people (including a pregnant woman) in horrific and increasingly sadistic ways to lower property values and out of petty resentment over them living in the building that she obsessively covets. Despite all of this, she still succeeded in the end.
