• Nightmare Fuel: Disentomb's music can be terrifying even for brutal death metal thanks to their liberal use of dissonance to create some of the genre's most mind-bending and inaccessible material yet. The bleak and hopeless lyrics in their songs don't help with the situation either, what with the conceptual story they make containing strong Cosmic Horror Story overtones with the apocalypse being carried out by the forces of Heaven and Hell along with both sides not giving a flying fuck about humanity other than their use as expendable Mooks.
