Ethan reaches the warehouse and starts trying to save his son as usual, but unlike the game, the rebar he grabs fails to break the lock. Suddenly, Shelby shoots the lock and the dialogue and scenes are cut together to paint him as a Heroic Bystander. Then Jayden charges out of nowhere and reveals himself as the Origami Killer, and the final fight between them completely reverses the roles, with Jayden's failure scene becoming a Karmic Death. Pretty impressive for a completely nonsensical YTP. Some have even commented that it makes a more logical ending than the actual game.
