• Narm: The way the game handles unwinnable fights is quite novel; once you’ve depleted the enemy’s health bar to a certain degree, the computer takes control of your character and throws the fight. Problem is, the AI has no idea how to sell the loss. To avoid accidentally defeating the opponent, they won’t even attack.
• Older Than They Think: Arguably the first fighting game to have its main Story Mode as a single narrative, in which all or most characters are playable at different points in the plot. It predates Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe by a full decade.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: Fahlma's a dude. His profile, as seen in the characters sheet, doesn't even try to hide it.
