• Strangled by the Red String: Surprisingly deconstructed with Ash and Mary-Lynette, who rapidly develop intense romantic feelings for each other despite only knowing each other for less than a week and seemingly having nothing in common. It's due to the Soulmate Principle, although when they find out they're still not much happier about the situation. Although they reach a mutual understanding and start to warm up to the idea of being together, in the end they decide to part ways, to give Mary-Lynette time to grow up and Ash to become a better person who is more worthy of her, with their romantic interactions giving more of a hint of what their relationship could be in the future.
