• Fandom Rivalry:
  • With another Roblox game, Toytale Roleplay. This happened due to Toytale's creator having been accused of pedophilia in the past, which made Duncan decide to not allow anyone on Toytale's Roblox group to play Databrawl unless they had left said group. Fortunately Duncan later removed this rule, and the rivalry seems to have died down.
  • With Changed and transfur-related content in general, due to Duncan not wanting the game, the creator or works based on the game (mostly those on Roblox, such as Transfurmation and Kaiju Paradise) being referenced at all within the community due to them being inappropriate content for Roblox and the Databrawl community. This rivalry seems to be mostly one-sided however.
• That One Achievement: The "Leave" badge is without doubt the hardest badge to obtain in all of Databrawl's history, and might be one of the hardest badges in Roblox overall. What makes this badge particularly hard is that the method to obtain it is unknown, with only vague hints on what to do to obtain it and the creators seemingly bent on it remaining such a huge mystery. To this day, only 12 people have obtained it, with most of them being developers or contributors.
  • The situation with the badge is so bad that many people have accused Duncan of being a Lying Creator / Trolling Creator, with people accusing him saying that all of his hints are actually fake and that the badge is something that can likely be obtained only if given directly by a developer^note Which isn't too much of an absurd possibility seeing that at least one of the people who has the badge has been confirmed to have obtained it in this way..
