• Broken Base: The three Jokers revelation either comes off as an Ass Pull that ruins the mystique of The Joker and a way for Johns to have a cool moment (Batman's disbelief regarding his identity) without having to actually reveal anything or gives a whole new perspective to his Multiple-Choice Past and is a clever way to explain his different motivations throughout his existence.
• Common Knowledge: Everyone knows this story as being the one where Batman becomes a god by taking the Mobius chair, with many using it as one of the worst examples of Batman being shilled over the other DC heroes. However, it's often forgotten by even DC fans that several members of the Justice League become gods during this storyline, not just Batman and nobody raises a fuss over the other League members being empowered.
• Fan Nickname: Many fans refer to Batman as the God of Knowledge as "Batgod".
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: The Anti-Monitor's backstory is seen as unoriginal to many, being somewhat Krona-lite. Many are upset that it even has anything akin to a sympathetic backstory, as it's usually just an evil being intent on being evil.
