- Awesome, Dear Boy: David Tennant turned down a gig at the National Theatre to "do the Daleks", as he put it, because although he'd already done "Colditz" and "Medicinal Purposes" for Big Finish, he wanted to meet the Daleks. Little did he know that within two years he and Nicholas Briggs would be working opposite each other onscreen.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: David Tennant plays a major role only two years before he bagged the major role. Even funnier because Galanar is rather Doctor-like. He has an English accent. Despite looking human, he's not really, to the point where he can rewrite his DNA and change his physical appearance. He's quite genuinely a good guy, preternaturally good at making people trust him and forms a relationship with the only other person of his kind, desperately wanting her to join the good guys. And to top it off, he spends most of two episodes having everyone call him Doctor! It's almost like an Actor Allusion... from the future.
