- Audience-Alienating Premise: A fighting game (initially) having a zoning-heavy focus was going to be a hard sell even for hardcore fighting game fans, but the story's premise being loosely based on the Book of Revelation more or less kept it off any gaming console or PC. The fact that Daemon Bride was unsuccessful in arcades probably didn't help.
