• Green-Eyed Monster: Hinted to be partially what's behind Britta's intense (even for her) opposition towards / breakdown about marriage throughout the episode — during Andre's over-the-top and romantic proposal to Shirley, while everyone else looks either thrilled with events and at least happy for Shirley, she has an incredibly sour look on her face.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: Shirley's "Miss Piggy" voice is, according to Andre, her "sexy" voice she uses in the bedroom... Which makes it wildly inappropriate when you remember that she talked to her sons in that voice.
