• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: Despite Epsitec being a Switzerland company, the game has managed to achieve its highest level of popularity in Poland, with most of the material one can find about the game being in Polish and the communities largely consisting of Polish-speaking people. It does help that in Poland, the game was recommended by the Polish Ministry of National Education as a good learning tool for programmers. All while being released with a very good translation and (probably most importantly) being cheap even for Polish standards.
• Good Bad Bugs: In at least the original release of Colobot, if you use cheats to enable flying in the Earth missions, you can find out that repeatedly bumping into the Houston base will eventually destroy it.
