- Awesome Music: The main title theme is easily the most memorable part of the game, especially with the characters from the game playing the instruments on the title screen.
- Harsher in Hindsight: The main villain's name being a play on Gary Glitter's and kidnapping the protagonist's Love Interest takes on a whole new meaning after revelations about Glitter's child abuse charges.
- Polished Port: The Sega CD version is easily the best of the bunch, with a CD quality soundtrack, an intro sequence showing the story (the SNES and Genesis versions just booted up at the title), and exclusive levels not found in the 16-bit versions.
