YMMV / Chaos Dragon

• Awesome Music: Both OP Isotone by Natsumi Kon and ED Delta Decision by seiyuus Miyuki Sawashiro, Haruka Terui and Maaya Uchida counts.
• Complete Monster: Lady Kohkaku, a sadistic general for the Kouran nation, kidnaps male children she finds attractive—possibly raping them—before killing them, absorbing their souls to extend her life. When her forces are attacked by rebels in a village, she has her men shoot through the villagers while fighting. After discovering hero Ibuki is hiding in the same village, Kohkaku returns to raze the whole place, personally setting fire to an orphanage in the hopes the screams will draw out her foe.
• So Bad, It's Good: The anime makes for good trainwreck-watching, with the story being as chaotic as the title implies (characters' actions often making no sense) and the animation trying to look epic despite the studio making it obviously not having the budget to do so, leading to many Off-Model moments. • Spiritual Successor: It's essentially a Present Day Slayers or Record of Lodoss War, which were also based on Tabletop RPG sessions of their respective creators.
