YMMV / Cats Are Liquid

• Difficulty Spike: All the levels beyond 7:1, after which you lose the float ability.
• Game-Breaker: The ability to float allows you to easily bypass most obstacles, which is one of the reasons why it's such a shock when it's taken away.
  • This is fixed in A Better Place, where Lumi is unable to move while using it.
• Nightmare Fuel: The Companion Level pack, especially the soundtrack, where instead of music there's just ambient echoing, the ticking of the timer, and "the sound of something dying far, far away" which is believed to be Lumi/the cat.
• The Woobie: The cat, who is doomed to wander through an endless maze for all eternity with no hope of escape. Especially when she loses her powers and the square, and starts hating herself for it and crossing the Despair Event Horizon.
