- Nightmare Fuel: Most of the game is lighthearted and friendly, but at one point Carto has to restart a machine inside the volcano to heat the hot springs. This causes the volcano to start erupting and Carto soon finds herself quickly surrounded by lava on all sides. Going to the map screen will even show the map tile shuddering ominously. While there's actually no rush, this section is by far the most treacherous situation that Carto gets put in.
- Sweet Dreams Fuel: The game has No Antagonist and pretty much everyone Carto meets is friendly towards her and willing to aid her — even the bear. While a few dangerous situations do occur, they're all resolved without any injuries or casualties.
