• Funny Moments:
  • Cooper, seeking Revenge by Proxy against Loaño, challenges Erica to a match while she's out with Arc. His Energy pops up to signify that the battle has begun, and Arc offers to fight on her behalf... but Erica points out that she has no reason to accept the challenge and she doesn't want to ruin her day with Arc, so the two of them just walk away, leaving Cooper behind to fume.
  • Chapter 40: Naota is already having a bad day, so when Bellamine gets pushy about demanding multiple consecutive matches when she'd really rather be left alone entirely, she cranks up the ante as far as it'll go — in exchange for several advantages, if Bellamine loses, he hands over all his enchanted cards, replaces the bottle of milk he spilled, answers every question Naota asks, and must refer to enchanted cards as "Potato cards" for the rest of the tournament. The result:
    Manfred found himself back in his hotel room, waiting for word from his servants. When Bellamine called, he answered immediately, praying it was good news. He listened for a few seconds as the Enforcer relayed his story. And then, taking a deep breath, he asked, "Bellamine, what the fuck is a Potato card?"
