- Breather Boss: In terms of duels, George "Snub-Nose" Curry. The last two duels each had a gimmick (you had to dodge John Wesley Hardin’s shots instead of shooting him, and you had to duel the remaining two Dalton brothers at the same time). Curry is a more simple duel with no gimmicks.
- Magnificent Bastard: Silas Greaves is a legendary Bounty Hunter who fought against many famous outlaws, outmaneuvering and defeating nearly all of them. After his brothers were murdered by three bandits, Mr. Ringo, Roscoe "Bob" Bryant, and Jim, Silas embarked on a quest to get enough skills and hunt them down. Crossing paths with historical figures like Billy The Kid, Jesse James, and Butch Cassidy along the way (or so he claims), Silas outplayed and defeated all of them, escaping every death trap he ended up in. Successfully tracking down Mr. Ringo and Jim and killing them in a duel, Silas starts to wonder if he became worse than them, due to killing far more people than his enemies ever had. Finally tracking down Bob in a bar, Silas arrives to tell him the tale of his adventures, specifically to pinpoint Bob among the people. Upon discovering that Bob now leads a peaceful life, Silas reveals his true identity and, depending on the ending, can either forgive him or carry on with his revenge, killing Bob in cold blood.
- Spiritual Successor: Let's see... a Gunslinger with Improbable Aiming Skills who's Been There, Shaped History and who, at one point, fights the Daltons? We're talking about Lucky Luke right?
- That One Boss: Curly Bill is incredibly fast, tough and can deal out a lot of damage. Fortunately, climbing onto the cart and using it as cover while taking potshots at him with the rifle can alleviate this a lot.
- The Sundance Kid is basically a T-800 series Terminator. All he does is slowly walk towards you, blasting away with a shotgun, while soaking up an UNBELIEVABLE about of bullets. Hope you held onto some dynamite.
- Win Back the Crowd: Gunslinger can be seen as specifically designed to make up for the disaster that was Call of Juarez: The Cartel. It's cheap, it tells a fun story that doesn't take itself too seriously, and it went back to its Western roots.
