- Awesome Music: As with Rosner's other shows, Stormy Sachs and his saxophone were called on to provide some frankly awesome music — dramatic when it needed to be, but otherwise very relaxing and fun, perfectly fitting the show's mood.
- Retroactive Recognition: Producer Harry Friedman would later move on to Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! (though many people have felt his presence on Wheel has been... not so good in recent years).
- They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: The second Bonus Round format. According to fan recollections, very few players won the car in this format.
