• Heartwarming Moments: At the end of Scene 3, A1's captain orders them to evacuate because the fires are getting dangerous, but they refuse, pointing out that the mayor's daughter is still inside. Cue Final Boss fire. And of course, they succeed in rescuing her.
• Narm: In the middle of a burning building, your captain walks up to you (holding only an ax) and asks, "How are you doing?" with a mild emphasis on "doing", instead of asking a status report on the fire.
• Spiritual Successor: To Burning Rangers. Got its own spiritual successor in form of Firefighter FD: 18, although it's by Konami.
