  • Game-Breaker:
    • In Prelude, the Bomb arrow will likely be the first to reach maximum level due to how effective it is at killing most enemies.
    • In Winter Storm:
      • Pikemen are among the most powerful units you can recruit. They have a long reach, decent health, and deal good damage; at high levels, a squad of them can decimate anything that's not a dragon.
      • Even without upgrades, a well-placed Shrapnel Wave can easily turn crowds of enemies into hamburger meat. Its main downside is that it does just as much damage to your own troops, but then again, We Have Reserves.
      • The blunt arrow, once upgraded, has a comically long stun duration that lets you pick apart the target at your leisure. It even works on Stone Golems and the Final Boss.
  • Goddamn Bats: Spiders can be annoying, but aren't too much of a threat. Small dragons, however, are. Even with flack arrows it's difficult to defeat them because they move about in the air so much, but they have low HP so actually nailing one kills it quickly.
  • Surprisingly Improved Sequel: Each Bowmaster game is better than the last. The first one was a rather basic game, prelude was improved on the formula had more you could do during a game, and Winter Storm finally got the artwork, army management, and arrow types and selection done right. All of them are fun, but Winter Storm is by far the fastest, most polished, and most balanced game.
