• Alternative Character Interpretation: Is Stacey Ehrmantraut innocent and clueless as she seems or is she working Mike? She seemed innocent when she phoned the Philadelphia PD about the money she found in Five-O, yet she later pressured Mike to give her money despite him being an older man working at a parking lot. In this episode, she claims to be hearing gunshots, yet doesn't call the police. Mike discovers it's not gunshots but she might believe it is. Where does she think he's getting this money? It's hard to escape the conclusion that she is either stupid or incredibly manipulative.
  • Alternative answer: she clearly displays signs of PTSD. Her husband, a police officer, was shot and killed by two other police officers. She only found out *in* Five-O, so it makes complete sense that she'd call the police then and not now. She doesn't trust them. How could she?
