  • Sherman Flamethrower tanks become this once they appear, being far more durable than man-portable flamethrower operators and having flamethrowers with long-reaching range. Said flamethrowers are capable of destroying friendly gun emplacements in a few bursts.
  • B-17 Flying Fortresses, particularly in later levels, can easily destroy gun emplacements in a few bombing runs regardless of how much HP they have left.
• Spiritual Successor: To Beach Head 2000, a stationary turret game first person shooter released in 2000, in which the player manning a bunker-based machinegun turret in a D-Day like beachfront.
