• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: While Fugate takes revenge on Hill, there is no mention of revenge against anyone else involved in the collapse of his firm such as the plaintiff or the judge.
  • It could be that Fugate is just more angry about his broken schedule than the collapse of his company.
• The Woobie: Hamilton Hill did nothing wrong, simply suggesting Temple Fugate take a break since he seemed stressed out. This led to Fugate being late to court after some kids accidentally scattered his papers, resulting in him losing the lawsuit. Even though Hill just wanted to help and had no way of knowing Fugate would end up being late, Fugate still decides to terrorize him throughout the whole episode, culminating in trying to murder him by tying him to the hand of the giant city clock so that the other had will crush him to death.
