• Fridge Horror: We find out Angie really is pregnant...but only after the scene where she goes out to a bar and has several drinks.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: Seven years later, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey star in another movie together with the latter's character also named Kate. Except Fey and Poehler's character personalities are reversed.
• Squick:
  • Kate is completely creeped out by the director having twins at her age. Naturally.
  • Kate and Angie's birthing coach suggests rubbing extra virgin olive oil daily on Angie's perineum (taint). Both ladies are of course creeped out by this idea, invoking a Funny Moment.
    Angie: Can I just spray at little Pam down there?
    Kate: You have to admit it's a legit suggestion.
