  • Accidental Nightmare Fuel:
    • The rather infamous “Bard the Dragon” scene in Baby Mozart is regarded as bit intense even for toddlers thanks to Bard suddenly yelling "Blaaaaaaaah!!", even if it can hardly be regarded as being scary by anyone older.
    • Funnily enough, another dragon puppet could end up inadvertently scaring toddlers, as the Zylon Dragon puppet in Baby Bach appears out of nowhere, which could end up being a bit startling for young'uns, but less so for older people.
  • Periphery Demographic: On YouTube, the video series (mainly the first 10 titles from 1997-2002) has quite a fandom that primarily consists of older people, many of which grew up with the videos when they were younger.
  • Special Effect Failure: In Baby Newton, during the "Knock Knock, Who's There?" puppet show, the collars for Pavlov and Cow are invisible.
  • Suspiciously Similar Song: The original 2002 version of the I Know My Shapes song from Baby Newton sounds awfully similar to Diggin' on James Brown by Tower of Power.
  • Unintentional Period Piece: The video Baby Galileo features Pluto being referred to as one of the planets three years before Pluto was reclassified to a dwarf planet in 2006.
