• Cult Classic: It has become one due to multiple re-runs in Japan, particularly towards '90s kids.
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: The series is generally well-loved in Japan especially among '90s kids, but it also got much bigger love from Taiwan and Indonesia after it was aired in Japan.
• Silly Love Songs: Arguable for the first ED (Yoake) sung by RAZZ MA TAZZ. The theme of the lyrics for this song could be exceptionally serious for children, the main demographics of the anime adaptation.
