• Unintentionally Unsympathetic:
  • Gene Rainey. Despite the episode trying to frame him as a woobie who didn't intend to start a time apocalypse, he still very much tried to have his girlfriend permanently frozen in a time bubble without her consent.
  • While not quite as messed up as freezing someone in time, Denise and Val don't come off very well for planning to have Denise let Gene go through with the anniversary dinner and even give him a "sympathy bone" afterward before breaking up with him, instead of just admitting how she feels right now.
