• Complete Monster: In the 2010 remake, Calvo, along with his subordinate and partner Chucho, are Human Traffickers. Chucho poses as a Honey Trap to lure in women, seducing them and capturing them to be delivered to Calvo who proceeds to sell them as sex slaves, the two torturing the women if they resist or prove too noisy. When cornered by a man whose girlfriend Calvo had previously taken, Calvo murders him and threatens the film's heroine when she resists, promising the cut her face horribly before taking her to sell to his buyer.
