• Hilarious in Hindsight: The pilot is kind of the plot of Hairspray with Meg (i.e. Brittany Snow) in the Tracy Turnblad role. Brittany Snow would later play a rather different character in the 2007 remake of Hairspray.
• Retroactive Recognition:
  • Peter from Heroes as Chris (although some people would probably recognize him as Jess from Gilmore Girls).
  • Chris Pine (aka Captain Kirk) as J.J's "guardian angel" who leads him out of the Vietnam Jungle. Also Private Silver (Hamish Linklater) would go on to play the Only Sane Man on The New Adventures of Old Christine.
  • Roxanne is Sugar from Glee.
