He has a hasty personality, and he's very quick to love or hate." Not long after, he met and became best friends with Dan.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: There are videos compiling "psychic proof" where he's accidentally predicted a lot of things.
• Ho Yay: Many fans will be able to tell you exactly how every interaction between Dan and Phil is a sign that the two are together.
